Wine Making Process
Spontaneous and traditional fermentation performed on the skins for about 30 days. Following malolactic fermentation for about 1/3 in steel tank and the remaining time in oak barrels. Subsequently period of elevation “sur lies” for about 50% in 500 barrels liters and the remaining in 225 liters for 12 months. Elevage in bottle for 6 months.
